Assisting in creating “benchmarked” strategy-related KPIs and OKRs. Analyzing the business processes and preparing, with the related stakeholders, a full plan for the “improvement performance management system”
Digitalization and Digital Transformation Strategies
Helping to create Digital Transformation-related strategies, in addition to Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related strategies, and Data Governance/Business Intelligence strategies, as well as Digital Economy-related research.
