My name is Fadwa Saad Abdulrahman AlBawardi. I am a Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional, Information Technology as well as a Performance Management Consultant, with more than 20+ years of working experience. 

I work in helping individuals (researchers and academics), private sector as well as governmental sector organizations, to build their strategic plans and improve their strategic and operational performance through identifying & analyzing key issues, and providing recommendations to resolve them, as well as plan KPIs and OKRs to monitor performance progress.
In addition, I provide consultancy in Digital Transformation & its strategies, including AI strategies, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Business Intelligence and Digital Economy.
I have participated as a speaker in several international conferences, as well as been an author in several technical publications, one of which has won “HIMSS Best Book of the Year” in the United States. In addition, I am a Columnist, with 100+ articles, in several Saudi digital journals, such as Maaal Economic and Al_Jazirah Saudi Journal. I have a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University, as well as have been awarded two Strategic planning certificates.
